Shipping Policy

#1 Shipping within India

We ship orders within 2 working days of receiving them. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sunday or holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day.

Some exceptions:

In case you've ordered more than 5 pieces of the same product OR if the item ordered is marked under pre-order or in production, it may take longer to process your order.
During busy periods such as holidays or unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay in processing your order.
For items not in stock, it could take 2-6 weeks for the item to be dispatched.

In all of these cases, we will keep you informed via email or call.

Return & Exchange Policy

We expect our customers to be 100% happy with our products. If you change your mind, any unused product in its original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging with all the tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the items were shipped to you in error.

Impact of Covid on Shipping

We are shipping pan-India and aim to get your orders delivered within 5-7 working days. However, services may be affected in some parts of the country, resulting in a delay. Please bear with us during this time.
